Sixteenth dolphin washed up today

Adelaide's coastline is facing a "water quality issue on a grand scale", as the carcasses of dolphins, fish and penguins continue to mysteriously wash up on the state's beaches. A sixteenth dolphin washed up on the South Australia's coastline today, adding to 15 remains found across SA in March.
